My name is Megan, and I'm the founder and owner of Valley Visits. As a registered and licensed Health Care Assistant, I am passionate about helping people maintain their independence, comfort, and quality of life in their own homes.

After several years working as a Community Health Worker in the Comox Valley, I saw firsthand the challenges many clients faced due to the growing demand for care and the shortage of qualified providers. Frequent staff changes often made it difficult for clients to establish routines, build trust, and receive the consistent, personalized support they deserved.

Those experiences inspired me to create Valley Visits.

My goal is to provide the continuity of care, compassion, and meaningful connection that helps people feel truly supported. I believe that quality care goes beyond completing tasks—it's about building trusting relationships, respecting each person's dignity, and creating an environment where they can thrive.
